Responsibilities:
Campaign execution:
- Must be able to translate advanced campaign goals to Optimization tactics across all platforms
- Execute advanced QA standards across assigned campaigns
- Execute basic & advanced reporting analysis using OMG Programmatic and 3rd party planning, activation & measurement tools
- Manage billing and actualization and at the account level
Client & agency engagement:
- Communicate day-to-day performance to clients as needed
- Communicate & execute requirements/needs with internal and external teams to hit client KPI’s
Team management:
- Mentor & teach platform skills to entry level team members
Knowledge development:
- Learns advanced trading and optimization across all platforms including execution of betas, alphas, and first to market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of programmatic experience- strong understanding of the channels (Display, Audio, OLV, CTV, and DOOH).
- 1 Years experience leading vendor, client and internal calls and meetings
- Excellent presentation skills for weekly/bi-weekly calls
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Applied Sciences, Operations Research or Industrial Engineering degrees strongly preferred
- Experience analyzing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using analytics software including Excel.
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to clients
- Deep knowledge of the interactive media landscape including emerging trends
- Well-rounded thinker – equally strong conceptual, analytical and executional thinker
- Confident with the ability to inspire the team
- Strong organizational skills and project management to drive effective results
- A passion for tech and innovation
This is the pay range ($60,000-$65,000) the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
