Quality Production Data Specialist

Description

The Quality Production Data Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of production software systems.  This position will serve as a key resource in driving operational efficiency, improving team collaboration, and ensuring the systems align with business goals.

• Lead the deployment of production software solutions, including setup, configuration, and user onboarding.
• Customize the system to meet specific operational needs and ensure seamless integration with existing technologies.
• Provide training for users.
• Monitor and manage system data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Implement process changes based on insights gathered from the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements using production software.
• Regularly update and maintain production software to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, user permissions, and training materials.
• Develop reports for the system to provide customer-specific data for release justification.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with production software, including configuration and reporting tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience with data integration and API usage is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• General understanding of computer systems and their applications in business.
• Adaptable to evolving technology and business needs.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Redzone integration with QAD ERP experience is preferred but not required.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma.

• Regularly sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, stoop repeatedly.
• Occasionally required to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Physically able to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, electrical current, chemicals, and vibrations.
• Frequent use of computer screen.
