Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, via email, DMs, and online chat.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage client appointments with precision, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal use of time slots.
- Policy Enforcement: Confidently uphold spa policies, including cancellation and return policies, while maintaining professionalism and tact.
- Spa Presentation: Ensure all areas of the spa remain pristine and welcoming for clients.
- Opening and Closing: Handle opening and closing duties, including availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Warm and approachable personality with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience managing communication across various platforms (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Skilled in scheduling and appointment management.
- Passion for learning and growing within the esthetics industry and as a part of our female-owned small business.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
