Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of K-Beauty Trends – Familiarity with brands, skincare routines, and Korean beauty philosophies.
Excellent Customer Service – Ability to engage, assist, and build relationships with customers.
Sales & Persuasion – Strong ability to recommend products and close sales.
Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication to educate customers.
Makeup & Skincare Application – Hands-on experience in applying skincare and makeup is a plus.
Time Management – Handling multiple customers while keeping the store organized.
