Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation – Assist customers in selecting wigs based on their face shape, skin tone, lifestyle, and personal preferences.

Product Knowledge – Stay updated on different wig types (synthetic, human hair, lace front, etc.), cap constructions, and styling techniques.

Sales & Upselling – Promote wig care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling tools) and accessories (wig caps, adhesives) to enhance customer experience.

Fitting & Styling Assistance – Help customers try on wigs, adjust fit, and provide basic styling advice.

Education & Care Guidance – Teach customers proper wig maintenance, storage, and handling for longevity.

Inventory Management – Restock wigs, track sales, and ensure proper organization of display units.

Sanitation & Hygiene – Maintain clean try-on areas, sanitize wigs, and follow hygiene protocols.
