Experienced Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Groundskeeper to take care of 6 properties in Lancaster, Orchard Park & Hamburg. We have all the equipment, trucks, and tools available to do this job.

We offer consistent full-time hours with overtime and full benefits. There is potential for this to be a year-round position shifting to other responsibilities in the winter months. Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas.
• Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote healthy growth.
• Monitor the health of plants and grass, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases.
• Assist in planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of ongoing landscape improvement efforts.
• Maintain equipment used for groundskeeping to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Keep pathways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas clear of debris and hazards.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with various gardening techniques and plant care is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in outdoor spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
