Duties

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following strict sanitation protocols.
- Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
- Assist with nail care and makeup application as needed, providing a comprehensive beauty service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience in upselling services and products within a salon environment.
- Proficiency in salon software, particularly MINDBODY, for appointment management and client tracking.
