The Field Service Technician position supports one of the Hydrafacial divisions in a service role. Previous experience in repair and maintenance or manufacturing of electro-mechanical devices as well as automobile and air travel is highly desirable.
What you'll do :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Represent and perpetuate Hydrafacial's customer service values
- Travel to various (customer) sites to perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical devices
- Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service action and customer interaction
- Support other internal operational teams and complete department projects, as needed
- Provide feedback and participate in procedure / process improvements
- Complete and process various service requests and orders
- Performs other duties as assigned

Base Salary Pay Range : $65,000 - $75,000)
