We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our medspa team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and familiarity with medspa procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Must be available on Saturdays
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role within a medspa setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
