Duties

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting through effective use of POS systems.
- Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff, including assistant managers, to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and enhance overall satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the fine dining sector is essential.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety standards and kitchen management practices.
