We are looking for a dedicated Service Foreman to oversee our shop and team of technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to manage operations, ensuring safety compliance, scheduling, leading a team of workers to achieve project goals efficiently, and communicating with customers regarding service needs. This role requires strong leadership and computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various personalities.
Duties
- Customer relations
- Warranty administration
- Coordinate equipment transportation
- Customer service request preparation
- Parts acquisition coordination for timely repairs
- Implement factory product improvement programs
- Implement policy consideration for customer satisfaction
- OSHA compliance and record keeping
- Procure shop supplies and service tools
- Scheduling workflow for all work orders for 12 technicians
- Coordinate technician school training for dealer standards
- Dealer standards compliance and implementation
- Coordinate building repairs and maintenance
- Schedule business vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate seasonal 24/7 service schedule

- Computer literacy
- Ag, construction and/or turf equipment knowledge is a plus
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
