Who We Are:
Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.
What You'll Do:
The Bartender is responsible for service in the bar area, making drinks for our guests, and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for great drinks and exceptional service; be creative and willing to learn; and will come with come with a desire to grow with the business. This person may be scheduled at any of our three bar outlets, dependent on business needs. Must be available and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Position starts at $11.42/hr. Tips
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure all needs are met
- Learn menus and be able to upsell food, wine, and cocktails, including daily specials
- Follow recipes to ensure product consistency
- Manage liquor inventory and partner with Lead Bartender and Spencer's Manager for ordering
- Assist in the setup of bar area
- Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the facilities
- Assist the Lead Bartender in creation of seasonal drink menu
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years full-service bartending experience, preferably fine/fine-casual dining - preferred
- 1 years serving or other front-of-house restaurant experience - required
- Familiarity with Micros and NCR - preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
