Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent - required.
- Good mechanical aptitude, general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing - preferred
- Proficient at written and verbal communication in English - required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
- Related hospitality experience - preferred
- Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel - required.
- Ability to lift and move 40 lbs. - required.
