Beaver State Insurance Agency is a locally owned, established, independent insurance agency in Salem, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time customer service representative who is licensed in P & C for our personal lines department. We are looking for an individual who is hard working, ethical, confident, driven, coachable and able to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
- Assist clients with making coverage changes and payments
- Answer policy coverage questions in a timely manner
- Renewal and remarketing of policies when appropriate
- Quoting coverage
- Knowledge of the products and services offered
- Interact with clients, team members and insurance carriers effectively
- Set priorities and manage workflow
- Organized and detail oriented
Experience Preferred:
- Customer Service: 1 year preferred
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required License or Certification:
- Active P & C License
