- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as they arise.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance activities.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with management to develop maintenance budgets and schedules.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations.
- Ensure proper functioning of safety and security systems, such as alarms and fire suppression systems.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with maintenance management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
