Parts Clerk

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is seeking a motivated and organized Parts Clerk to join our growing parts department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and have strong organizational skills to efficiently manage parts inventory and assist with daily departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining accurate parts inventory, ensuring efficient stocking and availability.

• Organize and stock incoming parts orders promptly and correctly.

• Support the parts team in retrieving parts for technicians and customers efficiently.

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as labeling, categorizing, and accurately recording inventory movements.

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage areas.

• Drive parts delivery van as needed to complete parts deliveries and pickups.

• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth departmental operations.

• Deliver exceptional internal customer service by promptly fulfilling parts requests.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy.

• Comfortable using computer systems and web-based inventory management tools.

• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced dealership environment.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with dealership staff.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic about the automotive industry.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow within our team.

• Ability to fequently lift 50 lbs.
