Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Responsibilities Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):
- Manage foodservice operations and ensuring food safety in the nursing home facility
- Responsible for implementation of menus, foodservice purchasing, and food preparation
- Apply nutrition principles, document nutrition information, and manage work teams
- Recruit, hire and train dietary staff to assist with meal planning and preparations
- Follow direction from the Nursing home Administrator
Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CDM Certification necessary
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Serious applicants
- Interest in the geriatric population
