Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical experise and guidance to nursing staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapist, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards policies and procedures.
- Manage unit resources efficiently, including supplied, equipment, and staffing levels.
- Advocate for the best interests of patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in [State]
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
