Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.).
- Monitor and record patient health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring of patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Work some weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a state-tested Nurse Aide.
