Activities Assistant
Status : Part-Time
Work Week : Sunday and Monday
Location : Avamere Rehab of Beaverton - 11850 SE Allen Blvd Beaverton, OR 97005
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your superiors.
