Operations Project Manager

This position is responsible for the successful implementation of multiple projects across the Corporate Operations department.

• Plans and schedules roll out of operational improvement plans with division teams.
• Monitors and tracks implementation of organization-wide operational initiatives.
• Establishes and manages cost, schedule and performance within operations project objectives.
• Ensures the division teams follow methodology selected for implementation and produce quality deliverables.
• Manages feedback on process improvements from division teams to ensure project success.
• Identifies and resolves project issues and manages operational risk
• Recommends process improvements and procedures for project management and project lid cycle methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience of project management experience

• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in efficient and accurate manner
• Consistently shows attention to detail
• Knowledge of project cost management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Typical office environment
• Up to 30% travel
