This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and sales/support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain branch paperwork and operations flow
- Implement and support new processes adopted by the firm
- Develop and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10, and 63 licenses
- 3 years' experience in customer service
- 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity
