As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the School of Public Health and Health Sciences. Your responsibilities will include course scheduling, student enrollment, and degree tracking activities for students enrolled in the PHS major and 4 1 programs. You will also maintain organization of application files, submit hiring forms, and process purchasing and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Scheduling: Support PUBHLTH & SPHHS department course scheduling, including monitoring and processing student waitlist requests.
- Student Enrollment: Enroll students into SPHHS 600 after Associate Dean review, communicate course scheduling issues to leadership, and serve as a liaison between the Registrar's Office and leadership.
- Degree Tracking: Maintain organization of application files, track degree progress, and support PH advising staff in completing activities related to graduation clearance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to PHS program staff and faculty teaching in the PHS program and SPHHS courses.
