**Role Overview**
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study
- 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLC's, Hydraulics, Pneumatics or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment
- Similar military hands-on experience
You must also be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shifts which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
