Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share within the Northeast region.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain a healthy balance between revenue, margin, and bill count.
- Collaborate with Operations, Terminal Managers, Drivers, and Office Personnel to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Requirements
- Previous LTL sales and operations experience, with a minimum of two years of business-to-business outside sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (including Access).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
