You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues. A Master's degree in Social Work and Maryland state LCSW-C licensure and credentials are required for this role. Pediatric experience is mandatory, and two years of experience in an acute hospital setting is desirable.
