Clinical Anesthesia Manager

Overview

This role requires a highly skilled CRNA who can provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with surgical teams. The CRNA will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia services in a variety of settings.

Main Responsibilities

• The CRNA will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services.
• The CRNA will cultivate a patient-centric environment that focuses on the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and functional needs of patients and their families.
• The CRNA will serve as the focal professional for the continuity of care in patient management, addressing and resolving problems within scope of practice standards.

Requirements

• A certified nurse anesthetist degree from a recognized educational program.
• Current State of Connecticut nursing license and advanced practice registered nurse licensure.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a CRNA in the given specialty/service line is preferred.
