Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical activities of healthcare personnel, including LPNs and CNAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions
- Administer medication, wound care, and other personalized interventions
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, housekeeping, and security
- Work closely with medical support staff to ensure resident needs are met
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current NYS Registered Nurse license
- 3 years' experience as an RN (preferred)
