Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC lathe machine expert to support our high-volume production operations. This is a full-time permanent position that requires expertise in troubleshooting, programming, and training on CNC turn-mill lathes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support operators with troubleshooting and training on CNC machines
- Edit programs on the machines as needed
- Set up hot jobs when required
- Inspect operator's first part approvals
Equipment Used
Our facility features various CNC turn-mill lathes from top manufacturers, including:
- Citizen Swiss L20, L32, A32, and C16 models
- Eurotech dual turret/dual spindle multi-axis turn-mill lathes with Fanuc control
- Mori Seiki dual turret/dual spindle multi-axis turn-mill lathes (NZX2000 model)
