Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Oversee talent management, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all facets of the quality operation to ensure outstanding supplier relationships.
- Establish early warning systems to ensure all customer scorecards are at 100%.
- Assist with creating and implementing organizational policies and procedures to establish responsibilities for attaining objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing management and supervisory responsibility is required. Experience with IATF audits is necessary.
