Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced video producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-end video content, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot 3 clients/day
- Set up and run entire production solo (2-3 cameras, pro audio, lighting)
- Lead on-camera interviews using our 20-page documentary question script
- Give the client the VIP experience – be the face of the brand, give studio tours, set the energy, and keep the shoot smooth and enjoyable
- Conduct a mini photo shoot post-interview
- Edit fast during downtime: reels, trailers, doc storylines, animations, etc.
Requirements:
- Professional, reliable, charismatic – you are the face of the brand when clients fly in
- Experience working with high-profile clients and celebrities
- Run-and-gun videography: set up, light, and run multi-cam interviews solo
- Audio knowledge: boom/lav setup, audio monitoring, syncing
