Key Responsibilities:
- Cash flow management: Ensure accurate and timely cash flow projections and analysis.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including WIP reports and monthly/quarterly taxes.
- Team leadership: Supervise and mentor two accounting clerks who handle payroll and accounts payable.
- External audits: Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth year-end financial statement preparation.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting background: Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or related field.
- Viewpoint/Vista expertise: Proficient in using Viewpoint/Vista (cloud-based version) for accounting, payroll, and HR functions.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth.
