Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant information to assess borrower creditworthiness and risk. ">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with loan officers, gathering necessary information and providing ongoing support throughout the loan process. ">
- Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda that clearly articulate the financial strength and risk profile of each loan applicant. ">
- Recommend loan approval or denial based on sound credit analysis and risk assessment. ">
- Work collaboratively with credit committee members to present loan proposals and address any questions or concerns. ">
- Stay current on evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and lending guidelines. ">
- Participate in the development and implementation of new credit policies and procedures. ">
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks. ">
- Assist with loan portfolio analysis and reporting. ">
Requirements
">To be successful as a Credit Risk Analyst, you will need to have:

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. ">
- One to five years of related bank-related consumer compliance experience and/or training. ">
- PC proficient, including MS Word and MS Excel. ">
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. ">
- Spanish is a plus. ">
