Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and leverage solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions and onboarding process.
- Complete training on our in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and stay up-to-date on systems and reference resources.
- Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers and perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
