We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead to oversee the daily operations of our detail/reconditioning centers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have ~2 or more years of management and detailing experience, with a proven track record of providing high-quality services and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and/or supervise all functions relating to the effective operations of the store.
- Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high-quality service.
- Evaluate customers' needs and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Drive, detail, and clean vehicles as needed.
Qualifications:
- ~2 or more years of management and detailing experience.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- The ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Neat and professional appearance.
