Job Summary
">We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing excellent food service to our guests.
">About the Role
">- You will assist in food preparation, clean-up, and presentation to our guests.
- You will handle and store all food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines.
- You will assist with food preparation as assigned by your supervisor.
- You will prepare food items according to standardized recipes insuring safe food handling practices.
- You will assemble diet trays and deliver tray carts to dining areas or to units.
- You will clean dishes, utensils, and equipment according to facility procedures.
Requirements
">- A minimum of one year of experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting is preferred.
- You must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.
- This position is full-time and is scheduled 12:30pm -8:00pm.
