We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist operational excellence by cleaning and restocking all plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans in the restaurant.
- Clean and maintain the dishwasher as directed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed or directed.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment is required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.
