We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Investigator. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview subjects to resolve all material issues in a case. You will also submit a detailed report of investigation within a strict required timeline.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in background investigation. You will receive comprehensive training, including a multiweek intensive virtual online training and additional in-field shadowing. You will also have the opportunity to work on multiple field investigation contracts and travel locally up to 25% of the time.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to obtain and maintain a favorable determination based on a T5 Background Investigation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning, and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing.
