Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the kitchen area is clean and tidy
- Coordinate and arrange weekly lunch plans for the team
- Process office rent payments and miscellaneous invoices
- Prepare meeting agendas and collect quarterly goals and team surveys
- Post job openings, manage applications, and screen resumes for potential candidates
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including background checks and training schedules
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and prepare event and webinar materials
- Run errands, such as picking up mail, lunches, and packages
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
