We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in apartment or home repair maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, and cleaning.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the indoor and outdoor spaces of our apartment community, including routine painting, carpentry, drywall installation, cleaning, minor plumbing, basic electrical work, flooring, and other maintenance activities in response to work orders. They will also prep vacant units for new residents to move-in.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the property.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, drywall installation, and cleaning.
- Responding to emergency on-call duties on a rotational basis, within 30 minutes of on-call notification as required or assigned.
