We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our FP&A team. This role will work closely with senior leaders to drive data-informed decisions, optimize clinic-level performance, and support strategic planning across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and identify trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Develop financial models and deliver insights to senior leaders
- Assist with ROI evaluations and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of financial analysis experience or FP&A experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus
