Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise in resource allocation by aligning plans with business objectives to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Leads the operation of multiple units and/or departments by identifying customer and operational needs to drive growth and efficiency.
- Directs internal audits, reviews results, and collaborates with auditors to resolve complex issues.
- Evaluates and ensures the development of budgets and/or forecasts aligns with business strategic initiatives.
- Provides counsel on strategic fiscal matters to region/business unit leaders.
- Develops and applies financial models to drive decision-making.
- Identifies cost avoidance and cost recovery opportunities by directing costing activities.
- Monitors performance/operations/financial state through the effective use of templates and computer applications.
- Reviews and analyzes reports of region/business unit financial information to inform data-driven decisions.
- Ensures field operations are supported by overseeing their operational/financial performance.
- Conducts Financial Statement Analysis of business partners to drive financial performance.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field and minimum ten (10) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
