Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Flight Control Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative flight control systems for fixed-wing aircraft. Your expertise in model-based systems engineering and advanced nonlinear analysis techniques will be instrumental in defining mission requirements and traceability from system level to component level.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine simulation models, design flight control laws, and lead or contribute to flight simulations, hardware in the loop testing, and flight testing. A strong background in industry experience in Guidance Navigation and Control engineering is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and development of flight control systems for fixed-wing aircraft.
Develop and refine simulation models using advanced nonlinear analysis techniques and tools.
Design flight control laws using modern linear control design techniques and tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and test flight control systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science.
5 years of work-related engineering experience or equivalent.
Experience with Matlab/Simulink or equivalent software.
Industry experience in Guidance Navigation and Control engineering.
