**About the Role:**
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in West Bend, WI. As a Carpenter on our dynamic off-site construction team, you will be responsible for the rough framing of both residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in framing, construction, installing doors/windows, building materials, or similar industry preferred. They must be able to read building plans, work independently, and as part of a team. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and contractors is also essential.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Rough framing of both residential and commercial projects.
- Setting of panelized walls, floors, trusses, and roofs.
- Erecting and working on scaffolding and climbing ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
- Measuring and marking cut lines on materials using a tape measure, ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
- Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, and/or power saws.
- Able to read building plans.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required.
