Responsibilities
In this RN role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments to promote optimal outcomes. Your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with your excellent communication and collaboration abilities, will be essential in this role.
- You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- You will conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of concern and develop targeted interventions.
- You will maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A valid State RN License
- BLS certification at hire
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire (Agency RN must have ACLS upon first shift)
