Heart Health Advocate
As a Heart Health Advocate, you will be responsible for promoting heart health through education, advocacy, and support. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs related to heart health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license or multistate compact licensure
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
