Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing limited diagnosis and routine repairs on heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles.
- Assisting higher graded mechanics in the repair and/or overhaul of major systems.
- Making routine repairs that can be accomplished by removing, adjusting or replacing defective or worn parts and components.
- Performing work in accordance with technical manuals, lubrication orders, maintenance bulletins, regulations or management policies.
The selected candidate will also be required to wear the military uniform and possess the necessary security clearance.
