Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments and common areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
- Assure that work schedules are followed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow established fire and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Discard waste/trash in proper containers and maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Attend departmental meetings as directed and participate in staff training programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is desired.
- Previous experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly is required.
- The ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in a pleasant and professional manner is essential.
- A professional image and positive public relations skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to use standard equipment used for housekeeping/laundry services.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00a - 3:30p
