POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join our team as a key member of the human resources department. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in human resources, including talent development, employee relations, recruitment, and data-driven decision making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, assessing and supporting current and future business needs through employee development and retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate would be someone with at least five years of human resources experience, a BS degree in Human Resources or its equivalent, certification, and excellent leadership skills.
