Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for performing various tasks associated with the inspection, root cause failure analysis, and repairs of mechanical systems.
This includes preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment, as well as maintaining mechanical systems throughout the plant. You will work closely with contractor personnel to ensure quality control and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Service and lubricate plant equipment as required
- Work rotating shift schedule and weekends as assigned
- Support other plant functions as assigned
Requirements
- 2-4 years industrial experience as a millwright is required
- Experience with rebuilding gear boxes, shaft alignment on heavy industrial equipment, bearing installation is desired
- Knowledge of overall cement plant operations, or comparable heavy industrial environment, is preferred
